#RallyAroundRadley Raises 194,692 Diapers for Kids in Need

With Radley’s help, we revealed the grand total of the Rally Around Radley diaper drive! Thanks to all of you, Radley was able to collect 194,692 diapers for kids in need!

8/8 UPDATE: Watch Thompson Square help Radley SURPASS his goal of 58,430 diapers! Now, he’s reaching for 150,000!

8/1 UPDATE: The National Diaper Bank Network and its leading sponsor, HUGGIES, will match ALL diaper donations through 8/13, up to 60,000 diapers, if Radley hits his goal of 58,430 diapers!

WHAT IS IT?

Ty Bentli’s 5-year-old son Radley is going to be a big brother soon and has decided that he wants to help kids who don’t have diapers… and landed on collecting 58,430 diapers, to be exact! On August 8, we hit that goal, thanks to YOU and our friends Thompson Square… so, now, we’re aiming for 150,00 diapers! The diaper drive will run through Monday, August 13, 2018.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?

Aside from Radley being super excited about collecting 58,430 diapers, 1 in 3 moms living in the United States report suffering from diaper need. “Diaper need” is the lack of a sufficient supply of diapers to keep an infant or toddler clean and dry. In addition, without diapers, babies cannot participate in early childhood education programs, and without child care, parents cannot go to work.

Diapers aren’t a cheap expense… they can cost $70 – $80 per month, and one baby needs up to 10 diapers per day. All of this and more is why we’re asking you to lend a helping hand to help us achieve our diaper drive goal!
